Order Processing
Order processing times are separate from shipping times. Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed. During sale periods or peak times, please allow an additional 1-2 business days for processing. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.
Domestic Shipping (Within Australia)
We offer standard and express shipping options within Australia.
- Standard Shipping: Please allow 3-7 business days for delivery once dispatched.
- Express Shipping: Please allow 1-3 business days for delivery once dispatched.
Please note these are guidelines and delivery times may vary, especially to remote areas.
International Shipping
We are delighted to ship worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on the destination and service selected. All import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
- New Zealand Standard Shipping: Please allow 7-12 business days for delivery.
- United States Standard Shipping: Please allow 10-15 business days for delivery. For a seamless US experience, shop our US site: usa-elk.com.
- Rest of World Standard Shipping: Please allow 10-20 business days for delivery. Some delays may occur due to local customs processes.
Express shipping options are available at checkout for most destinations.
